Antipasto olives

Mixed olives (pitted)

Drained capers (2 tablespoons)

Giardiniera mixed vegetables (mild)

Griled or roasted Italian peppers (in jar- Racconto is the brand we used)

Chopped Italian Parsley

Chopped garlic (1-2 tablespoons)


  1. Pulse all ingredients in food processor until desired texture
